TRY IT OUT
If you've never tried yoga or it's been awhile, this is a great opportunity. Yoga offers benefits to anybody at any level. Our classes are for adults (men or women) of any age. Morning classes can get you moving for the day. After work classes can relieve the day's tension and help you relax. Benefits can include increased flexibility, improved focus, and more strength. We do Hatha yoga, which combines controlled breathing with postures. Each yogin works at his/her own level. There is no competition. Yoga is all about the journey, not the destination. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 464-2925.
